All I do is wash them out with water in the shower.

Otherwise never clean with a q-tip or anything.

I never get wax build up. I barely get wax, and I know because I use headphones that go right in the ear :P .

:lol: I remember I had so much wax in my ear I couldn't hear for over a week and then I had to go to the doctor and they put hydrogen peroxide in my ear and It shot out and landed in the trash can..the ball of wax looked like a cork screw :P

Q-tip.. i ram it in there till it can go no further :P well not all the way.. but pretty far.americahellyeah
