im gonna be picking it up thursday night because I have school tuesday and a bus ride to dc wednesday. School trip=)

I really like the sound of what I've done and linkin park is one of my favorite bands so I have high expectations. what about you guys?

Linkin Park is making a huge mistake with the direction there taking there music. Although i never liked there music, there mix of rap and heavy alternative is way better than the bubble gum crap that there singing now

I pre-ordered their album on iTunes, so I was able to get it a couple days in advance. And I think it's a great album, their best yet in my opinion. However, people expecting the same kind of thing as their previous albums, will be in for a surprise. There's still two or three songs that are typical of the nu-metal style, but most of it is a definite step away from that music style, which I think was a very good step to take.

The only Linkin Park album I have is Hybrid Theory, and from what I've heard of the other albums, it's the best.

I have heard it all the way through, and I love half the songs on the cd.

I must say that Meteora is still their best album.

people in my school who went to a concert said they were amazing. So idk. I haven't listened to a whole lot of their music.

I loved Hybrid Theory.

I loved Meteora.

I'm not going to say that I hate Minutes to Midnight quite yet, but their album is a definate disappointment. If you liked their older stuff, be prepared for a completely new sound that lacks all of the energy that their previous albums had.

No i am not going to get the album. I have heard some songs on the radio and they dont sound like the linkin park i know. They dont have as much metal and screaming as there last album, and the thinks they talk about is emo. I dont really like rap, but mike reallly held the band together and hes the missing piece that without it the whole structure calls apart. Im not saying i hate them, cuz i got there older songs and albums.
