It's been around 100 degrees the last couple weeks, and I haven't done anything productive during that time. When it was in the 70s-low 80s, I used to go to the gym every day to work out and also hang out with friends. I also used to masturbate daily. Now I just wake up, go down to the basement where its cold, and play games. I haven't jacked it in almost 2 weeks, and whenever I try I can never get myself back in the mood. Whoe else can't do anything with the heat?

Nah, I do stuff all the time, I love heat. I mow the lawn, walk to work, and do a lot of physical stuff at work (it's a golf course so I mow the greens, pick up sticks, etc). Summer is the best season imo.

It's been awful this past week, which is unusual for me. I mean, I grew up with 35-40C summer days, so you'd think I'd be used to it. Now, 35C kills me. Part of it's the humidity making it worse, part of it is that my apartment loves to absorb outside heat and hang onto it all night, but I just can't stand being sweaty and sticky all the time. If I had AC I wouldn't complain, but right now I've been constantly hot for almost a week straight.

My friend, you need to get outside and have a good sweat, there is nothing better than doing something productive for mind/body/soul (Working out), or your house/property (mowing, landscaping, painting, washing car) and sweating your @&$ off. Whenever I finish something like that I hold my shirt in my hands when I'm done just to get a feel for all the hard work I put into it. If that doesn't sound like something you'd like to experience, then look into Cymbalta.

It's not the heat that bothers me. It's the humidity. It really saps my motivation to do anything.

Where I live(Washinton State) there has been record breaking heat(over the 100's) all over. Its unbearable hot, its to the point where I dont even want to move around or get out of bed which is ironic because in this heat its so hard to sleep.
