Jesus, I was 185 last week now I'm 190, lol. This is up from 181 back in February. I'm in full panic mode.

Yeah, I've gained some weight too. Gyms are closed, and while I work for home now, I'm not up and about as much as in the office. Plus, my beer consumption has increased. Those carbs don't burn themselves..
I've been doing Keto for over a year to drop weight and have mostly been maintaining that during quarantine which helps. I've got a 10 pound range I hover around and I'm squarely in the middle of it at the moment. I -feel- heavier even though the scale disagrees, probably because I'm not getting the same regular exercise I would. Since I'm not getting my normal cardio I set my old DDR setup back up and have been trying to commit to 30-60 minutes a day plus weights.
My wife works in San Francisco and has been home from work. I have never eaten so well in the 25 years we've been together. I'm coming home to new baked goods every other day. Our kitchen fridge, garage freezer and mini beer fridge are all fully stocked and I am loving life right now. I'm up to about 260 right now. Usually hover around 245. Gonna suck when she has to go back to work.
Probably lost a bit, actually. To make the most of my bi-weekly deliveries, I've been making do with two meals a day, since I can't go out to buy any supplementary stuff.
That's going to change today, though. The situation in my neck of the woods look to be on the lull for now; yesterday we just confirmed zero new case. I'm taking advantage of this before it gets bad again.
I weigh the same. I still exercise while in quarantine.
That's my issue, I hate exercising. I was obese all my life, until 8 years ago when I dropped without any excersise from 330 - 165 in a span of a year and a-half, 190 in a year. But I became veggie and only ate like 2 meals a day. It was an insane.
But now, I'm older so it's way harder to do that. The only positive thing I have is my massive arm muscles, lol. I still look okay, but without a shirt you can notice my beer belly. Really need to drop that.

I have about that much weight to lose (more, actually). How did you do it? Calorie counting?
Also what triggered you? I have plenty of reasons to lose weight (health, confidence, etc) but I find most people in my situation need to have some sort of trigger, for better or worse; getting dumped, a heart attack or other health issue, etc..
I'm going for a run early in the morning for the last 2 months. My weight is exactly the same so I imagine I would be getting fat if not for the run.

Honestly, I was obese all my life. It was when I hit 22 years, where I swear looked in the mirror and randomly said, "K, I'm going to do it." To be honest, it's really mental. You have to have drive and discipline - no matter how many times you try to lose weight, if you don't have discipline it's not going to happen. For example, I went veggie - didn't eat meat. 2 meals a day. Small portions. Didn't drink alchohol. After about 2 weeks, it was part of my routine got super used to it. Then it was super easy. Once people start to notice and say to you, "omg you look thiner." forget about it, you'll just want to do it more.
So my recommendation - discipline.

How tall are you?
6'0. So 180 is fine. I'm big arm wise, and have a pretty big upper body so being 180 looks good on me. When I was 160, looked really pale and people said I needed to gain weight.

That's pretty impressive that you were able to shed that much from just a diet change. I don't have the best diet but I normally stay away from the American "junk food" diet and usually eat asian junk food when I have cravings. Most of my diet consist of high protein and fats, and around 100g of carbs if I can get that much. I love my meats.
My arms aren't that massive but they've grown since I started working out from last year. I've got a rather small frame body so it's a bit harder.
I've gained about 5lbs. No gym and I keep baking stuff with my kids. Can't give it away, so it's up to the four of us to eat it all :).
Silver lining is since I can't go to the gym, I've been getting up early to go for a run most mornings. When I first started back in March, it was embarrassing how much huffing and puffing I did. Now though, my cardiovascular system is the best it's been for a long time. Hopefully this newfound endurance will translate to better progress when the gyms re-open.
I was putting on a little more body fat at the beginning, but once I noticed it I started eating leaner and less frequently and started doing my home workouts again and going for a jog as often as possible, as well as just being active with my girlfriend, going for walks at night, longboarding, etc. I am already leaning out again, just cant wait for the gyms to be open again so I can get my muscle mass back.

Yeah, the only issue is stretch marks. Although, I'm not sure if it was because of the lack of excersicing or simply the ammount of weight that I lost.
But yeah, have you tried anything to bulk up the muscles? In my case, I guess it's genetics. People from my country are pretty bulky already.
My sister bought me an elliptical a few years back and I was using it as a clothes rack. I dusted it off a few weeks ago and I’m keeping my weight normal. You can sweat pretty good on it if you use it properly.
My diet though - that’s another story.
Yeah, bleach is never good.
Losing weight myself. Was standing pretty much all day at work already but now with the increase in work load from quarantine I'm walking about considerably more too. Also cut out snacks at night which I'd normally have done right before bed which is probably the worst time to be eating anything.
I've actually been trying to lose weight since then. I was around 200lbs when it started, but now I've dropped under 180lbs. Not too bad.
Pffft i have always been fat but have been breaking even.
I need to lose wait, it sucks trying to tie your shoes, damn belly wont let you bend properly.
I lost a few. I've done my normal Jog 4 times a week, strength train push, pull, rest, then full body (dumbells and pullup bar).
I did gain a few in april but I was determined to go back to normal weight.
I am actually losing weight - I am fasting at the moment and during the extra 6 days- I will be done on Friday.
At the beginning of the lockdown I was putting a bit of weight on, skinny jeans were getting skinnier etc. But since the exercise restrictions were relaxed a bit, and i started playing more Ring Fit Adventure things have improved. Maybe even lost a few pounds.

Yep.
The combination of working remote, paired with trying not to go out too much to avoid any potential spreading of the infection is taking it's toll, physically.
I am trying to compensate by eating smaller portions, but that's just not going to be enough.
I am moving in about a month and there's a gym within walking distance.
I am going to ruin their equipment as soon as it is possible to do so ;)
I'm not fat but have a gut. I think I have been losing weight. I have a digital scale at home that i haven't checked recently but the last time I checked I lost weight. I think it has to do something with the food shortages we are experiencing especially with the meat.
I usually eat two meals a day with snacks inbetween.

I recommitted myself to intermittent fasting. I'm gained a few lbs during quarantine, nut nothing I can't work off with a better eating routine.
