I love it here, it has that dirty surbuban life, streets crawling with mean people, the polluted air, its great. Hearing the bums singing or fighting at nightime is great.

LA might be "souless", but NY is corrupted. Every city has its demons, so I wouldn't pick on LA alone. Foreign country's cities are just as dangerous and "souless"

They do have Universal Studios Hollywood, but I only go on the Back to the Future ride and the tour ride when I go there. Renegade_Fury
The Back to the Future ride got replaced by a ride called 'The Simpsons Ride' :(

Never been to California, never will. The attitude coming out of California is the "We're better than you" attitude so I hate it.

Same goes to Massachusetts, I've been there before but I don't plan on returning because of the same attitude.

Same goes for Texas, Hawaii, and Florida.

TenP

New York has that attitude as well.

As far as the city of LA, yeah, I don't like it much. The album Los Angeles, on the other hand, is great...there has been some great music from LA though.

You are 100% correct on that. Hell, the entire damn state of New York is corrupted.

I was referring to some of the punk bands from there, actually. The concept of G-Funk just makes me think of James Brown threatening to blast a cap in someone's ass.

Of course foreign countries have souless cities too, but more often than not I can find an interesting culture or a unique and interesting aspect in a foreign countries city. Something that L.A lacks.
