Anyone else have a mother or father like this....

So all my mother does is scream, complain, and puts people down. She'll yell about the dishes when I do them saying I used to much dish washing liquid but then the next day complain that I never do them. I'll take out the traah every other day or so and she complains about how I do it even though I do it exactly the same way she does. Anyone else have a crazy mother or father?

My parents are never that crazy, they just tell me to do something an I do it, I hate complaing and whining, it's too much work.

My sister is like that. If shes home, she cant go a day without getting in a fight and yelling or her day wouldnt be complete..

Once you meet my um, mum, you would think yours is a saint.

I dont understand how one could complain about how someone takes out the garbage, unless the person who is taking it out is spreading it everywhere, defeating the purpose of bringing it out. I am confuse.

Are you sure you take out the trash exactly like she does? Or are you whining or getting into a fit while doing it? I could see why she would be mad at you if that was the case.

I moved out 6 yrs ago and don't talk to my parents as much as I'd like to... but my dad was crazy when I was growing up - he used to be addicted to prescription drugs throughout most my life when I was living at home- so he was always high... that was ...interesting.

Moms usually like to complain even if there is no reason to do so.

My mom is like that when she is on her period. She's never up to see what I do around the house so she thinks I do nothing.

I find it quite funny and I love to push her buttons. :P

My dad's exactly like that. He's a workaholic with a temper problem.

If it's not one thing it's your mother, right? In all seriousness - and I realise I don't know enough about your home environment to draw any kind of meaningful conclusion - I wouldn't worry about it. Parents get on their kids' backs from time to time, mine certainly have.

Yeah I have experienced this, some parents don't know how frantic they are.
