Hey all I need advice should I buy a 720p screen or 1080p one for 32" size for playing ps3. Im in a confusion because no ps3 games are fullhd yet and at this screen size no real difference anyway. Although tvs are 768p or some crap so basically asking will 720p games look better at 768p than 1080p screen because that seems a hell of alot less scaling. I recently bought 24" 1080p monitor and thinking I shouldve bought tv with 720p (768p) screen like the LNA450

what interesting about the plot is that it foreshadows and reflects on apsects of racism, prejudism, and ethnic crime. Ya get me? enforcing racism agianst them, yet restraining them to us for our benefit.
Here's something fun to know... District 9, Nine, and 9 are all different movies coming out in 2009. Roffles. I'm personally excited for 9 and Avatar though. Now those two are looking AWESOME!

Having already seen Alien Nation some 20 years ago, I'm not even sure about that :PIt reminded me more of V,but yeah thats a good point. One of my favorite Hollywood stories is about the pitch meeting for V. The guy who came up with the idea for the miniseries wanted it to be a fascist takeover of USA by Nazis. He was talking, saw that people's attention was wondering and they were about to cut him off and just on the spot said "But the Nazis... are from space!" Suddenly, people were paying attention again and BAM, V was made :P

i want to see this very bad im glad the discussion is up and yes it does seem diffrent than i thought they would do. there advertising is so funny there are park benches and phone booths that say humans only. they are doing wat clover field did, they used myspace and wear talking about all the things happeining in the movie before it was in theaters like its really happening. XD
It looks like it has great potential to be a good movie, but like all movies it could just be the way the commercial makes it. But regardless of that fact I'm going to keep my hopes high....Plus I love it when the guy tries to fire a rocket launcher at the ship and that one alien just catches it mid air, that was really sweet.
It looked pretty good from what I saw. Peter Jackson is directing it right?, then it should be good.

I agree that its storyline reminds me a bit of Alien Nation. Looks a bit stupid but if you just want entertainment, action, whatever, then this is right up your alley.

later they say the parent has no emotional attachment to the young one, im thinking its a lie created by the MNU so they can excuse killing alien babies to control the population.
a really cool viral markting thing with some american kid making a blog about district 9. the movies not even real but it makes me feel angry because the dude obviously has no idea about whats really going on
