Anyone here enjoy Gunpla?

Gunpla refers to those gundam model kits that you assemble, and if you want to, can paint to give it your own flavor.

So as I go to break from work, I walked over to a hobbyshop near my job just to check it out. I noticed as I was walking around that there was an ENTIRE aisle filled with this gunpla. I spent at least a good 10 minutes lookin at the aisle. As I walked around I noticed a gundam that I thought was really awesome when I was watching Gundam Seed Stargazer, The Strike Noir Gundam. So I brought it home, and ended spending like an hour building it when It was done, I never had so much fun just putting together a bunch of pieces of plastic.

I think I have started a new habit.

Do any of you guys do Gunpla? If so, what was your first model?

Aaaaww, it's only miniature Gundams...

Yeah, i've been a gundam fan since 5 yrs old and have been building and painting gunpla for over 5 yrs. Building it is sure as hell fun, but the real fun is when you actually "work" on the kit such as painting it. Which gundam and what garde did you buy?
