Just wondering if anyone else enjoys the awesome hobby/sport that is longboarding :D

And if you do, share any stories of your worst wipeouts you've had. The worst that happened to me was getting a mild concussion because I loosened my trucks too much and got wheel bite, thus flinging me off my board...ouch

Yeah, I bought a board because I love snowboarding too, which to me feels kinda similar to a longboard in a way...

I got a sector 9 longboard for my birthday in November. There aren't a whole lot of huge hills here in central Florida, but there's still enough to have some fun. I haven't had any real injuries...yet.

Not the skateboarding type of longboard, but the surfing type, along with shortboarding.

I think I will use the regular skateboard types if I ever buy a new one.

There aren't many hills in central California either, however I could easily drive up to the mountains with some friends and find some nice winding roads...
