anyone know a good way to get rid of canker sores?

god i hate these things....got one on my lip right now and its really annoying :(

anything other than medicine. i dont really enjoy making my entire lip numb just to eat.

i actually do use mouthwash a lot which helps, but i was wondering if anyone knew any other ways

Stuff like listerine and mouth wash might help, also saltwater rinsing will help

thats i think how i got the one i have now lol. i was eating some chicken and accidently bit my lip like really hard where it actually bled a lil. a couple days later i have this dam thing lol
