Anyone live in New York City?

I'm going up to East Coast (May 23-June9) and I'm gonna hang out in NYC for a couple of days. Anyone know of some fun things for a nerd to do in the city? Any cool game shops, arcades, or comic stores? Any cool events? They don't necessarily have to be nerdy.

Also, any cool music stores? I like metal too.

New York City is my favorite place in the WORLD. It is amazing, there's so much to do. You could probably walk down Times Square and find yourself occupied for days.Aquat1cF1sh

You gotta visit Manhattan..obviously...see if there are any concerts...and....if you're old enough, some of the clubs in Brooklyn are amazing!
