I'm learning to play guitar. Darth-CaedusHow is it going for you? After almost 5 months I'm already in intermediate level :D, I spend long hours. I would post myself doing a cover but I have to buy a cam corder.
[QUOTE="zeppelin_64"]I really want to learn to play electric guitar.cyberdarkkidYou should it's lots of fun. I just don't have the money right now, I have about $15 left :P Once I get a job and get the music I've been wanting to buy for a while I will think about getting a guitar. But right now it's just the necessities I'm buying. That's not true, I blow my money on food and drinks when I'm 5 minutes away from home :P
I play the trumpet, but not for some time now.Yagr_Zero

Alto Saxophone, FTWferrari2001I always hated playing the sax dude. I never got into the reed - always made my lips dry and had to fight for spit. Anything that required my lips on wood I wasn't feelin'.

I originally started at 2 but my instructor told me to go to 3's and 4's because of how hard i exhaled. It sucked. lol
yea If your new I'd always start at 2 1/2 on Rico brand reeds. Then work your way up every 6 months or so.I originally started at 2 but my instructor told me to go to 3's and 4's because of how hard i exhaled. It sucked. lol

I plan on getting into drums. Right now I consider my Rock Band kit as a sort of "training kit" and am looking into getting a real electric kit (I live in an apartment building..).
I am honestly confident I will be able to kick some ass on drums after learning a couple things. Had previous experience with instruments during school (was in regular band and marching band) so I already have had a good sense of timing. The main difficulty is going to be getting use to using my left foot.
Other than that, I played clarinet and bass clarinet back in school. In also have an acoustic guitar I am about to get actually try and get serious about considering the girl I am currently trying to date is into music and plays bass. I did know how to play a bit of "Heart Shaped Box" by Nirvana and I know Seven Nation army's main riff as it is easy as hell.
