I am probably and I can't wait to see it. The IMAX version is suppose to have extra footage as well so that should be cool.
As cool as it would be to see it in IMAX, I'll probably see it on the regular screen. My friend works at my local theatre and gets me free tickets all the time, but unfortunately I don't think he can do the same when it comes to IMAX films.
I'm so going to see it. The first one was kinda lame, but all the transforming stuff was great. I was almost sad when that one transformer got killed near the end. But I did like the line the bad guy said when he killed him. But I hear he's returning in this movie.
I wonder if people even realize that when they watch stuff like this on IMAX it's the true IMAX screen they're watching it on.
[QUOTE="Buck_Hotep"]What does that mean?I wonder if people even realize that when they watch stuff like this on IMAX it's the true IMAX screen they're watching it on.
Sway-
True IMAX screens are approx. 78 feet high and almost 100 feet wide. The one's that are attached to the megaplexes are slightly twice the size of a regular movie screen. True IMAX screens are pretty much housed in a three-story building. The so-called IMAX Experience theaters where summer blockbusters are now being shown are in a regular theater with the 6-8 rows near the screen removed to allow for a bigger screen to be put up.
