Anyone think the mods might be a little unfair

I got modded for my Yes or no polls and Now I find out that I can't create a poll on if agent 47 is good or evil.

They said the yes or no topic was spam yet THIS

The times i have been modded have been justified. And the times others have been modded seem to have been justified. But anyway did you ask them about it in ask the mods section??

I was suspended for 1 day (which stretched to 3 days for some reason:evil: ) for saying that American Gladiator was an "awesomely r*****ed" tv show.

The word that I was modded for is a word that means "mentally handicapped" or "specially challenged" or some kind of pollitically correct BS like that. When not being used to describe a person (last I checked, a TV show isn't a person) the word r**** is harmless, so I don't know why I was modded so harshly.
