I only talk to one of them on a regular basis. It used to be 4 but then everybody moved and got jobs.
If I run into an old friend from high school I'll always stop to say hello but it's not as easy as it used to be.
10 years outta school, dont really talk to any of them, We'd get together during college breaks for the first few years here and there, but then you kinda drift apart. At least we did.
I am still very close with a couple of HS friends and this was 10+ years ago. But our friendship transcended school.
The saying is that the friends you make in college are the one's you'll have for life. We went to the same school so it didn't really matter.
I talk to all of my close friends, however most of them went to the same university as me. Even those who didn't though, i see them when i go back home during holidays and breaks, and talk to all of them regularly on MSN. "The bulk" of people from my high school though, i haven't seen again since.
EDIT: it's not a big deal though, as it really is true what they say - you meet new friends. And super-quick. I met a new person on my very first day at uni and we're very good friends now. It happens that quickly. :P
I don't keep in touch with any of my HS friends. We all went to different colleges/universities and last time I've heard, most of them have gotten married and have children already. Some have dropped out of college because it was too expensive.
It happens, life goes on.
Right now, I don't even hang out with alot of people, I still K.I.T. with my college friends, but with work (I work 6 days a week to keep an apartment in Brooklyn NY) it's tough to maintain a constant social life. It's even tough for me to see my GF on weekends.
