Explains why my immune system is so good. I used to eat dirt all the time when I was little. I rarely get colds. Probably like once every 5 years or so.

Well anyone who has handled a baby knows everything goes in their mouth. If it was a terrible detriment we would have lost all the babies with that trait or just died out. Makes sense.

aye. And that's why any proper parent should let their kid eat whatever they find on the ground.. except poo of course.. I'll just throw my kids out to the pigs when I'm a parent...

It does make sense. Some parents are really extreme when it comes to making sure their children live in a clean room with negative air pressure... Did that make any sense? I hope so...
