I almost never find any good deals at gamestop. I like to goto kmart they have some decent weekly deals and free stuff and target I can get 15% off there.
What do you expect? They sell Video Games for a living. It's not like their minds are overwhelmed with the wonderful career opportunities that come with working at Game stop. The "kids" at my local one aren't like that. They were talking to this parent about the wiis child protection stuff that made me literally facepalm, very nice doing so. Not everyone is rude.
Patience is a virtue. Especially when waiting a few days means you can save lots of money in the process.
Not really for a new game.
I never buy new anyways (As a testament to this, I just picked up Borderlands and Fallout 3 this year), so that's why I save. As for ebay being cheaper, I have no idea, as I've never used it (and probably never will).
Not really, except this one dude at the 3rd furthest one, last time i went to the closest one to get Killzone and they asked me if it was for Ps3 or 360 :| Also they didn't have anymore new copies......

yea half the stuff they say they have to know is a lie or just made up. And most I have been to they are not kids they are ussually 20-30ish year old men...
I have 4 Gamestops less than a mile apart from eachother. Most of them are chill out of all the employees I can only think of 2 specifically that are jerks.
The one here I use to go to had nice employees until one of the managers got transferred to the other Gamestop or something. Since then they've all acted like they are superior or something.
They're nice at my local store. This one guy held the only copy of Blur on Thursday when it was $5, after we had talked for 20 minutes the day before while getting the previous day's deal.
Yeah, the one I go to are pretty friendly, but when I used to have a Game Crazy near me, THAT was my favorite place to go. The dude there... I don't know how he did it, but he learned EVERYONE'S names! Photographic memory or something, but being greeted by my name every time I walked in the door was just awesome.
