Are there any education programs for high school graduates that keeps them educated until college?

Like some sort of camp or program that they can go after summer break?

Just to keep their brain active? In my industry of software development there are hundreds of coding boot camps you can do. In my old industry (IT infrastructure) there were certification boot camps.

Nice thing is both of these types of boot camps give you a real skill that you can use to make real money immediately upon completion.
