I was extremely fit in high school, but sort of let myself go a bit. I'am 24 now but i don't smoke or drink (haven't touched alcohol since i was eighteen) and i never will.
not incredibely fit, but i do workout and have protein shakes...probably should go for a run soon, but really cbf hahachaoscougar1
For a run you'd probably need more carbs;)

Our body has more protien than carbs any ways ..so we need carbs to give us energy.
As running takes up a lot of sweat and out body's sugar level goes down and we lack some energy ..hence carbs are required after swimming or running.

well if you read the posts above, you would have said something else. As for me, yea I'm fit, I want to be a little more fit tho.Most people aren't going to admit they aren't fit, even if they are so it's an unrealstic poll not to mention what a person considers fit can be pretty subjective.

Its not surprising me that there is a ton of unhealthy people on this site.Video games and fat goes together.But to answer yea im fit,i try to workout everyday.

Lol, it's not all at one time. But I do distance events in track so we do a 1 mile warm up, 5 mile run, and 2 mile cool down on most days.Glad am a sprinter.

24 secI walk about 5 miles a day and lift weights every so often, so I would say I'm somewhat fit.
I am really underweight though, I weigh like 110 or 105 pounds.
