are you a leader or a follower?

in your crowd of friends, are you the one that says ''we're doing this, NOW'', or are you the one that agrees?

I'm niether, I'm usually the guy who waits around for the others.

I only have 1 friend i listen to..sometimes.

It depends on the circumstances. I can be a leader or a follower. Nobody is or can be a leader all the time.

niether, when i have out with my friends we all come up with ideas together, and i perfer to work by myself.

Incorrect. Take it from a man who was President of my Universities 3 largest student-run organizations, on the executive board of a 4th and on the National board of the largest student-run organization in teh world (27,000+ members):

It's not something I'm debating. It's an absolute fact. Read a book on leadership if it doesn't make perfect sense to you right now. I've done my lecturing in front of 8,000. I know what I'm talking about. Trust me.
