No, look how low my level is. I guess its cause I dont spend my entire life here. When I get on and post, I post like 20 posts within like a half hour and then do whatever else. It sucks with having such a heavy load this semester, like when I post, I am in and out and then its either doing homework, going to classes or sleeping...maybe a little bit of eating and I get to go out one a week. Whoop-de-doo! Next semester I am just going to take it easy and only take like 14 credits.
No, because I realize that everyone starts off at the low levels. A high level doesn't make your comments any more valid than the next person's whose level is low. Unless you're in System Wars, where, nine times out of ten, a level 1 poster is just a ban dodging troll...
No, for all I know a level 2 poster could have been a level 30 posted who had lost their login credentials for that account and had to create a new account.
Of course not, level does not somehow make a person more intelligent or interesting to me. I enjoy the posts of quite a few new people I see online, vice versa, I see a lot of people with 10,000+ posts who make me cringe. :P
No, no I'm not. If there are people that claim they care about levels then they are doing so to compensate for feeling inferior away from their computer... >_+
A well known saying springs to mind "You are not your post count". A persons post count or level has nothing to do with whether i'm gonna be nice to them or not.
I've been coming here since the 90's. I hardly log in though because I'm on a lot of different computers. I disregard some low level posts because a lot of times they can be sock puppets that are trying to start a flame war.
The idea that you are at anything above 30 is sad to me. I don't spend a great deal on gamespot. I'll go 2 or 3 days posting then never get on gamespot for a few weeks.
No I dont really care, I dont post here much anymore anyway. But I have found over the years, that people with low levels and posts do get ignored the whole time.
I don't disregard people for their level. Only for their post count and that is if they make some outlandish claim or comment which happens some times.
Of course. It's actually cute sometimes, those less than level 15 posters think they're people. (jk, I'm indiscriminate of level and treat everyone equally). It's not about the level but rather the quality of the post and what you bring to the conversation.
