Are You A Successful Person ?

Do you work in a job that you love ? Do you make a lot of money ?

Do you have a loving family ? Do the people around you treat you with respect?

Is that what success is in life ?

How do we succeed in life ? Could someone please tell me . Or is it impossible ?

If you are a successful person, then what is your secret and how did you become successful ?

Its almost 2010 and I'm wondering where i'll be in 2020. Ten years from now I'd be done with college and probably have a career and maybe my own family.

Am I going to be a successful member of society ?

My answer to all of those would be "No..'..though i'll probably have my own career in 10 years....maybe married..though i doubt it highly...

I don't love my job. But I am one of the few people who can say 'it was too hot at work so I decided to go home and do it later'. I make a fair bit but only for a few hours

People don't really respect me. I don't have a lot of friends and the ones I do have never contact me first. So I always have to message them or call them first. They seem to be only feeding off what I do rather than taking the initiative in inviting me. Usually they turn up late to things. They seem a little disinterested

You succeed by being happy with what you are doing and also by pleasing others too.

For example: some people might enjoy being a no good street punk but it won't satisfy their parents. You should work towards something that involves helping people in some way so you will please them and also satisfy yourself.

I can already tell from the quality of many of your great posts that you are going to be extremely successful in life and everyone will want to know you!!

i have a crappy job and no family.. but really good friends and i can pretty much do whatever i love the most, when i want, im happy and at the moment thats good enough for me

Success depends on the person, and I am on the right track.
