*sips tea* Jeeves! Fetch me my ivory cane and my golden pipe. *sips tea*
*sips tea* What's that, Jeeves? Another commoner has come requesting to see me? Send that ragged filth away, Jeeves! You know what I think of commoners. *sips tea*
What? Oh, no, I'm not elitist at all.

The movie was hilariousI never said it was not funny, but there have been many more funnier movies made. Its a decent funny film. Does not mean its the best comedy ever.
monocle >_>No. I just on occasion read the New York Review of Books with my monicle whilst sipping on a delightful cup of green tea, waiting for the New Yorker to arrive at my doorstep. And by "on occasion" I mean every day.

Sometimes. Most of the stuff I believe that would qualify as "elitist" stems from the topic of religion. For example, I find it hypocritical to be an atheist in addition to being a pro-lifer.

Yes I am. I can't stand how my friend thinks that the music of AC/DC is going to outlast the operas of Gilbert & Sullivan. I can't stand how nobody has even heard of Gian-Carlo Menotti. And I can't stand people who think that metal is the only genre of music.

There are many others for many other tastes that were better than bad santa.

That's not elitist, that's a false dichotomy.Sometimes. Most of the stuff I believe that would qualify as "elitist" stems from the topic of religion. For example, I find it hypocritical to be an atheist in addition to being a pro-lifer.

[QUOTE="FreshWhiteBread"][QUOTE="thebluebox"]I admit I am. I can't stand when people say the Ps2 is better than the SNES. or kids liking soulja boy over NWA. Is there like medicine for my condition?JandurinBut ps2 is better then the than the SNES. sorry, no.I have to agree,SNES was and in many ways is still the best, even if I do not play it.
Yea same here but I try not to just to be fair with the others. When it comes to music yes, I can be.

I can be an elitist when it comes to music. I have been working on it though, and I don't jump the gun as much as I used to.

What about being a Catholic and pro-choice?
In all seriousness, everyone is an elitist (sometimes), even if they don't want to admit it. I mean really, is there anyone out there that doesn't think of themselves as better than another person? It's just human nature to ignore our own personal faults and emphasize others'.
P.S. lol at the post above.
