Are you closer with guys or girls?

I'm currently in highschool and right now i'm much closer to girls. I do not have a girlfriend but talking with guys to me is harder then taking to girls because majority of guys at my school are into sports or different interest and I can't seem to connect with any of them  so I only have 3 guys I talk to at my school while I talk to over 10 girls on a daily basis. How about you?

i have bad social anxiety so it's hard for me to talk to anyone but i would say it is easier for me to talk to guys for the most part. i wish i had your "problem" were it was easier for me to talk to girls instead of guys.

sometimes it just depends on the person though. some people are just easy to talk to.

It's pretty even with me. A lot of the girls I hung out with were sort of tomboyish.

sometimes it just depends on the person though. some people are just easy to talk to.

That's somewhat like me, see i'm very emotional from experiences from the past and i just overreact a lot so when guys try and joke around with me I don't find it funny or amusing so many guys just don't talk to me. While girls talk to me they always talk to me about their problems and boyfriends and it gets tiring since I really have no guy friends just to small talk.

Most of my friends are female although they kind of act like guys so I don't know.

tbh I' d prefer to be in a relationship. Having never had a girlfriend it' s something I want to try. Now whether it' ll turn into something good for me, is an entirely different story.

I'd say I get on with guys and girls equally well.
