Not really. So far maybe for two weeks in my life. Usually at the end of the day I can have a great night sleep. It just seems like nothing matters after you are tired enough.

I only get 3-5 hours of sleep anyways, so It doesn't really matter. This is during the weekdays of course.

Well most of the time it depends, however if Im so worried about it, I just think that, "Well I cant do anything about it, so why am I worrying?" So I usually dont worry about anything. Unless I CAN do somthing about it.

Yeah. The last time I slept was three days ago.

I've always had a hard time when it comes to sleeping, but recently my worrying has been out of control. And when it gets dark, I just seem to be even more energetic...

Gosh, I'm a weird person. Maybe I should get a work that has night shifts?

The only thing that occasionally keeps me from a good night's sleep is heartburn.

My problem is I don't worry enough about the things that really matter (to me).

Probably not a good thing. You should really attempt to get some sleep.

I always wake up early naturally when I have a big day ahead or something important to do. Its just a natural reflex so I wont be late.

Yes, when the doctors thought I had cancer because my white bloodcell count was low or high (I forget, I think they thought I had bonemarrow cancer, I was pretty young, and it was a long time ago)but couldn't be sure until they got the tests back.

That was a... fun night...

I bet it was even more fun for my parents..

I'm almost now kind of a hypocondriac, I was having severe abdominal paints, and had lots of tests done for it, nothing showed up so the doctor said I have IBS. (yes doctor, you do bs.)

I've had them before this, I know what I'm doing. I thought that Heath took them too much on purpose? Because he really had took them a lot...

Not for long periods of time, like weeks, but i have from night to night not been able to sleep due to anxiety. If i do lose sleep I'm usually worrying about other people though, i'm quite the worrier.

I'd say it's the opposite for me. I've gone through a few periods in my life where sleeping was easy for me, but most of the time it's a challenge. My mind's always active and if I can fall asleep in 30 minutes once I go to bed I'm lucky. The nightmares I'm not too sure about it might be genetic, or something along those lines. Since I guess my grandma has a lot of them too. I don't really mind them. Gives me some perspective. I'm not always anxious. I just think a lot.

Sometimes I'll find it hard to fall asleep if I have a first date the next day with someone I really like. Even though I'm physically exhausted, I'm still like 0_0

MAny times, but then again my sleeping pattern is out of whack...I'm never in bed before 3am, ever, and sometimes not before 5-6am...

I'm "lucky" because I work 4-midnight so it doesn't mess with my job, but then again maybe if I worked days I'd be forced to find a way to sleep earlier and I'd fix this...
