Just curious to see how many righties and lefties we got here in OT...

try to justify your views if possible.

Im Rightist, simply because I dont think our current society could really work with a perfectly leftist view, I believe that social hierarchy is necessary to some degree for society to work, unless we completely revamp our social system, right hand politics will always appeal more to me.

I like the ideas of the left, I just dont think they can be properly applied with our social model.

I don't let facts and statistical research get in the way of my closely held beliefs.

I would say center (maybe slightly to the left) as both sides have their rights and wrongs.

I'd say I'm in the center. I could fall on either side, depending on the issue we are discussing.

Right in Europe. Left in USA themajormayor

Social Liberal, Fiscal Conservative, mainly left I'd say.

Anyway, I'm neither. I'm so libertarian that I'm an anarchist and just about any form of anarchy is better than living under an oppressive hierarchy that has a monopoly on violence.

My position on this graph is usually a little different, but almost always within that area of strong libertarian and a little right-wing. I don't think this test is all that accurate, because I believe I'm much more libertarian than this to the point where I'm an anarcho-capitalist.

:lol: All libertarians and anarchists recognize that government is nothing more than a monopoly on force/violence. It's just one of the things that make them so much smarter than statists. People support oppressive governments either because they're ignorant and afraid of anarchy or they directly benefit from the state or get their power from the state... and don't confuse insanity with genius!

JK, I don't actually think I'm a genius, I'm just above average intellect, which really isn't saying much when the average person is so dumb. Plus, I'm willing to admit that I'm at least a little crazy, but I take medication for that. ;)

I guess moderate right would be the best to describe me. But I tend to avoid labels and I base my positions on politics based off of what I think and feel and not an idealogy or political party tells me. I'm independent, not a Republican or a Democrat. But I will be voting for Obama this year.

I'm on the right. Especially when it comes to fiscal issues, which are what I care about. I'm a moderate when it comes to social issues. I believe people should take responsibility for themselves and that there should be a safety net for if people desperately need it.

I am a libertarian politically, but far right on social issues (but, being a libertarian, I think people should be free to do what they want, as long as they are not hurting or robbing someone, which does mean abortion needs to be banned on the same grounds as homocide).

I'm right.
