I have a 5 page paper, a website, a two page prelab, and a chem test studying that I need to do by the end of this week, and I've barely started one.
Yeah, laziness can be really annoying sometimes.
Ugh... similarly, I'm meant to be writing a diatribe about religion for my English coursework right now.I'm suppose to being doing homework right now.
'Nuff said.

then you get a bit tired after having eaten, so you say to yourself, ah just gonna relax half an hour.. Then hour passes by and it gets late, so you think, well I'll just get up early and do it, which ofc you don't. Ah good times.
Yep, I've got an essay to write by next Monday and some character logs/chapter summaries on a book due by the same date. Granted, I've got 5 days to do it, but still... D:super_mario_128Ah, you too have the curse that is half-term English homework. :P

Yeh; it's not too bad since I've only got 50 pages left of my book (Wuthering Heights). Still, I wish I didn't slack off on my character logs; I've got like, 200 pages worth of them to catch up on. D: Are you in a similar predicament to me? :(
I'm as lazy as the Earth is round.Bullet-XVIII
Actually the Earth has an oval shape, so I guess you're not lazy after-all.

Yeah, I have to do a first draft of my English Language A-level coursework. And I haven't even started.[QUOTE="Pirate700"][QUOTE="Dark-Sithious"][QUOTE="Bullet-XVIII"]I'm as lazy as the Earth is round.Dark-Sithious

the earth is technically not round... but it is .998% round... close enough :P
Almost, but not quite. The mathematical names for the shape of the earth are "ellipsoid of rotation" and "spheroid". The earth bulges out at the equator because of centrifugal force caused by the earth's rotation. The earth's north-south diameter is 7,900 miles (12,714 km) and the east-west diameter is 7,926 miles (12,756 km).

.998%, so less than 1% or 998%?
The shape is close to an obalte spheroid. But yeah, not calling it round is a bit picky

Don't sass me.
It's sphereical with a slight bulge at the equator. It's not an egg.

oops. I meant 99.8% lol... so less than .3%.... but yeah. The earth is not perfect circle.

Jesus H. Christ, is it not possible to say something on these boards without a bunch of literalists picking away at my post?
I'm as lazy as the Earth is not a perfect circle then.

Yeah, maybe this gave you a lession, and next time you won't make the same mistake again.

Yes, I indeed received a wart from your nitpicking.

Bear in mind that this all depends on your definition of 'round'.Please Log In to post.
