My whole family including me are god fearing religious people.
Are you religious or non religious OT ?

I don't go to church or anything like that and haven't in decades, but yes I believe there is a god more than I don't. Seeing everything coming true that I read in the bible as a kid is scary and makes me kinda look at nonbelievers as fools.

I thought you were a atheist lol.
Strict religious. but not extremist.
Didn't you say before that slavery is ok due to your religious beliefs? I recall you listing slaves running away from their masters (or something along those lines) as one of the top 100 worst things.

ROFL, he really said that ? =P

Care to name a few examples?
Raised as a Catholic but now...non-religious I guess, but not really atheist either. I just don't really care if there's a God, no God, many Gods or a pasta monster. Everything's possible. *Plays Twilight Zone Theme*

Oh no. When I was a kid, I went through that phase.

He'll probably cite war and famine and crap that has been happening throughout the course of human history. He'll also ignore the fact that because it's in the Bible, believers have been actively attempting to ensure the prophecies come true.
Religious, but I don't go to church every Sunday. To think that we're here by accident is pretty stupid imo. Also how was the universe created? A big bang out of nowhere? I really don't think so. I'm not trying to debate this either lol, just a heads up.
Non religious, but I believe in a creator, but not in a being who wishes to be worshipped.
Tell us more k.
I think human consciousness is a tragic misstep in evolution. We became too self-aware. Nature created an aspect of nature separate from itself. We are creatures that should not exist by natural law. We are things that labor under the illusion of having a self, that accretion of sensory experience and feelings, programmed with total assurance that we are each somebody, when in fact everbody's nobody. I think the honorable thing for our species to do is to deny our programming. Stop reproducing. Walk hand in hand into extinction. One last midnight, brothers and sisters opting out of a raw deal.
Agnostic...I don't know and neither do you.
Lame. Get your pitchfork and pick a side.
I am non-religious. Ironic since I still go to church, and play the piano for church service....I'm beginning to go less and less. But I've known these people since I was young, and its really hard to let go. Religion aside, they are great people, and without them there is a huge hole in my life. It just sucks that everything that has led up to this point has made me "hate" religion.
I tried for a long time to believe in religion, but it just seems to go against every logical conclusion I can form given the observable evidence.

Just to say 'god did it' is far worse!
I believe in god and consider myself religious but I don't really believe in churches. I just don't see anything special about them, they are just building in my eyes and nothing more. They weren't around when Jesus walked the earth. ANY place can be a church, my room, a secluded area in the woods, while in a plane; He is everywhere.
I just get aggravated if and when I do go to church because all that happens is sitting, kneeling, standing, recite this, say this when the priest says that. It's all very boring to me as well it having the feel that people go through the motions there and do it just to look good in front of others, because it's "what I have to do."
I doubt Jesus had anyone doing excercises while preaching atop a stone. He told stories, delivered messages, and really connected with people. I feel like that's how it really should be, not as up tight and seemingly on auto pilot. This is how I feel.
Not so religious but respect other's believe
but I hate the attitude of some group of Atheist and Al-Qaeda (they are brothers in bed...lol) who thinks they are better than others
