Well when it comes to sports I'll just say men when it comes to sports seems "at a higher level"

Only if you consider keeping men and women in separate leagues sexist.
Mixing men and woman in sports is just not the best of ideas. There are gonna be alot of issues with woman being groped and whatnot. The WWE is a great example of this....
In physical labour? No. If I'm hauling her crap into her new house she better be hauling crap, too. I'm not gonna say that she should carry more than she can. I wouldn't expect a smaller guy to do more than he could, but I would expect him to do what he could. Same for women.
In sports? There are obvious biological differences. Ignoring them is a good way to get a bunch of people flattened.

Of course, it doesn't help that over the years, mean have established excellent training facilities and leagues for sports, while the women's versions usually lack the same funding or development as the men's versions.
Still, I'm kind of torn on the issue. On one hand, gender-separated sports leagues/associations are working fairly well as is. The field of competition is quite balanced in most sports. If only women's sports got more marketing funding and more interest thrown their way...not just due to women in the leagues who tend to be attractive.
On the other hand, there are people who complain that women should play in men's leagues. I say fine, as long as all major leagues for the affected sport(s) merge; meaning, of course, that if it happened in golf, there would have to be no LPGA option for women who couldn't compete, and no PGA option for men who couldn't compete. A complete saturation of talent in one league. If there are minor leagues, that's their own issue. They shouldn't be forced, as there tend to be many, and governing such change would be taxing.
Of course, one would have to wonder how women hockey players would fare against the men. Hayley Wickenheiser(arguably Canada's best woman hockey player a few years back) went to Finland I think, to play, and didn't really do too well once the 2nd tier team was promoted to the First Division. I couldn't imagine how she'd fare in the NHL.
How would WNBA players fare in the NBA?
As they'd have access to the facilities males have, I'm sure they would catch up in certain ways/areas/positions in certain sports. I'm sure of it. It's just...would it be enough? Would it be worth the hassle?

just about
i agree that women might not have an equal footing as males in equipment, but that doesnt explain the fact that there are extremly talented males coming from poor countries. look how long it took for a women to dunk in a wnba game, when there r boys who can dunk in 8th grade. menand women playing in the same sport would be incredibly unfair to the women. there have been women who played sports as children with plenty of training and equipment but still could not complete with the elite level males.

No steroids..merely the stuff of legends. When they were at the top of their game it was a sight to behold that remains unrivaled.
Men are generally more genetically predisposed towards having higher muscle mass. Women, from what I have read, generally have a higher tolerance for pain. Obviously there will be exceptions; those are simply tendencies. However, I don't generally buy into cultural norms of what tasks are "for women" and what tasks are "for men."
I don't think it's fair to call people "sexist" (kind of harsh sounding) for thinking men are stronger/faster. It is a fact that men are generally stronger than women. In sportspeople want to see the fastest/strongest players in the world...these players are almost always male.
Calling someone sexist for thinking men are stronger than women is like calling someone racist for thinking a person is a different race...
The WWE isn't a league. It's an entertainment troupe.Only if you consider keeping men and women in separate leagues sexist.

Men are 'generally' more predisposed to have higher muscle mass?
Men ARE more predisposed. We have higher proportions of fast to slow twitch than women, are generally taller, faster and stronger. Men are naturally more adept to fight and compete due to physical advantages and the increased testosterone levels. It is MADNESS to suggest otherwise, you are argueing with science that even an Evangelical priest would agree with.
That doesnt mean that women are less equal athletes. It just means that to preserve equality the genders should not be mixed in sports were men will be able to take an advantage of it.
I respect sportswomen as much as sportsmen, but unfortunately, they just arent quite as interesting to watch. Because no fights ever break out. That are worth watching. Wait... They might be the ones to watch... Heh heh...
In other news, women should be in the kitchen and men should be pumping iron.
I JOKE *ducks brick*

Fine. By your logic then, men are not just "generally" attracted to women. They ARE attracted to women.
See the problem there?
And then you turn around and use the word "generally" yourself about men being "taller, faster, and stronger." I do believe that would colloquially be called "ironic."
