Are you Surprised no terrorist attacks happened today?

I'm not very surprised. There's still other dates that would be nice for an attack.

Not at all. It would be too obvious for a terrorist to perform an attack on sepember 11th. I do think another major attack will happen and that it'll happen when we least expect it.

If any Terrorist Organisation had the means and capability to attack the US in any Meaningful way then they wouldn't risk implementing it on a day when security is at its tightest.

A big one? No. It wouldn't be logical for an organization to spend a lot of time and money to orchestrate an attack on a day when there is an extreme amount of heightened security.

Maybe by some lone, random, symbolic nutjob, but nothing huge. There's probably a lot of attacks curtailed that we don't know about though, small ones that is...

It's the one day of the year with the most security measures up and running. So no, I wasn't surprised.

No. I'm not surprised. But, they'll hit us as soon as we let our guard down. "Now or never" isn't in their dictionary. But "opportunity knocks" might be.

I'd be lying if I said no. I live in Washington DC and while I won't listen to the weather, it is hard to ignore that the potential is there for something to happen. I am thankful it didn't.
