The TC is acknowledging the fact that he hit six home runs in his first seven games, I believe. That's quite the accomplishment in baseball. He has potential to hit more homers than anyone, but will be rumored to be on steriods before it's over with for sure.

I believe the TC is talking about Alex Rodriguez, a baseball player on the New York Yankees. A grossly overrated player, who happens to be the highest paid player in baseball. He plays well during the regular season but sucks when the playoffs roll around. Most Yankee fans hate him and want him dumped. And he likes to go tanning in Central Park with his shirt off.

Ignore steroids and look at the quality of pitching. Its gone downhill, way downhill. You've got all these young pitchers blowing out their arms and trying to come back from torn rotator cuffs and Tommy John surgery. Why do you think all these crap pitchers got huge deals in the offseason? Gil Meche got a 5 year deal for 55 MILLION. That should tell you something.
Yeah, ARod is a good player, hell a great player. But he is not worth 250 million dollars and until he puts a team on his back in October, it doesn't mean ****. You get paid that money (and play for the Yankees) you had better win a series ring. At least 1.
And his defense is becoming more and more inconsistent.Â
[QUOTE="sonicare"]This would be a worthwhile thread if he hit 6 homers in a game, but not about his current season total. Then it's just spam.ct1257860Why i thought it would be fun to see how the post changes and how arod changes over time. Comment on it or ignore it.
just put this in your blog instead of bringing it up every time...Â
