Music haters not welcome

I'll list em off and why.

Outkast:

They've never faltered or made a bad record and they've been consistently amazing throughout the years. They put on sick live shows and their music is experimental and often like nothing you've ever heard before. They're the most unique group in Hip Hop without a doubt and I think they are the example of the 'perfect' duo. They're amazing and every single one of their albums is different enough to be unique but still 'Outkast' by nature. Outkast is my constant reminder of why I love Hip Hop.

Dir en grey:

Just like Outkast they've had a different ****on all their albums and they continually bring something which is clearly their own yet still different. Different enough for me to be able to tell which album it came from just from listening to the track for the first time. All of them are super talented and they continue to put out music which is still awesome. They faltered a bit on 'Marrow of Bone' but they're just the best band ever and their live show was the best one I ever went to, bar none.

Ice Cube:

Ice Cube has balls, he was cussing like no other in his time and he wrote things which turned heads long before artists like Eminem. No doubt, Ice Cube is your favorite rapper's favorite rapper and it's well earned. His lyrics are insane and he's got everything going for him. He still makes awesome music to this day and he's the best MC to ever be in Hip Hop in my opinion.

Ween The Flaming Lips The Beatles These bands all give me a reason to believe that music holds some meaning - and can inspire emotion the way other things can't.

Check the sig. Seether: just because how beautifully honest their lyrics are, and how their music has had a consistency since the beginning ( i hate when fame changes bands)

Iron Maiden, they're the reason I love music in the first place.

Alice In Chains, Jerry Cantrell and Layne Staley (RIP) in tandem created amazing music, here's hoping the new album will be great.

Nevermore, Jeff Loomis and Warrel Dane together is just perfection.

It's mostly when I listen to this guy:

Ferry Corsten.

But I also remember why I love the trance/dance genre when I listen to Tiesto's older stuff. David Guetta's older stuff and his sets. Armin Van Buuren stuff.

Edit: I forgot, check the sig :P

I disliked Rip Slyme for a long time and still am not a huge fan of their music but, for what its worth, their music is completely different from the rest of their genre in a sense that they don't really take themselves seriously which is great since most hip hop and rap world wide is arbitrarily aggressive.

I don't like any of their albums but the one self titled; "Rip Slyme"...

System of a Down

Their music is just so randomly awesome, just goes to show that it does not always have to make sense to be good. They also have a lot of songs that have much deeper meanings and such which is also a great thing.

Sublime

Their music is just so chill and awesome that it just puts you in a wicked good mood. They play the perfect songs when you just want to feel good :)

They're Immediate, you know. Just. . .singers and stuff. I had to listen to Orchard a few times to get into it (Serenata Immortale is better) but yeah, it's reallly good.

Imogen Heap. Also, can anyone give me Dir en Grey recommendations? I know I like "Saku", but I've never heard anything else. More clean vocals than screaming is preferred, but it doesn't really matter.

Yeah, I know where Globus came from. I wish they'd release another album, using songs like Heaven's Warriors, The Reluctant Warrior, Sacred Journey and Rex Eternum.

Have you ever listened to Two Steps From Hell?

Oh yeah, An Epic Age would be great. Maybe Prometheus Rising, too.
