I personally think becoming friends first is better. I think it would make for a longer relationship. I wouldn't want to be in those 2 week relationships.....

Age difference becomes less of a problem the older you get. But c'mon it's a 1 year difference. I'd say that's ok at any age.

If your chances of success aren't very high, but u want an assured date, then Ask several girls out at once and usually one will agree. Or alternatively, you can just do the kiting technique.

I would have to disagree. It certainly teaches you the basics of dating, so that you get hit by the obvious mistakes once you're in high school and college. Learning things like(never tell her you accidently called her, just make something up, or learning what things are really worth making a big deal over)

serioulsy haha middle school was more of "hey will you go out with me?" hugs, kiss, "YES!" then nodody ever went anywhere just held hands at school. I can't tell you how many 2 week relationships i had in middle school. Thats when I learned to not dump a girl on valentines day....bad idea lol
