Astral projection is the idea that someone can project their soul out of their body and float around, go through walls etc an out of body experience, basically.
I bileave in that kind of thing, I dont bileave that kind of thing its possible after having spent so long in a physical form, but asteral projection isnt a term i use.
It's really one of the most easily disproven things ever. If you ever think you're doing it. (Which I think is just a lucid dream of where you were and you simply think you're astral projecting) Simply do the following, throw a few cards face up across the room, astral project your ghostly arse over to them, memorize, and see if it was true. Or you could do any number of other things.
