I see many songs that is the same, but they have different bitrates.  Which is better?  The higher number of bitrate like 320 or the lower number 128 bitrate?

If you want the quality of the songs that are on the actual album. It can't be any of those bitrates you listed. You need to find the comment that matches with the rest of the songs on the album, and if they give the songs a different variety of bitrates like 203 kbps, then you have the real thing. Although in early 2k4 and before, the actual bitrate for the songs was 192 kbps, but you just need to find the comment that goes with all the songs on the that album, otherwise you may not get the real quality.
