There's a girl in one of my classes at university and I'm starting to develop a crush on her. I find her super attractive and fun to talk to, so I want to make a move somewhat soon.
She's really good at ice hockey (got a scholarship for it, and I'm in Vancouver so that's impressive) and even works to help kids skate and play. I love hockey and play all types, but I have always sucked at skating so I haven't been great at ice hockey. I'm thinking of working that into a conversation, and seeing if she would want to hit the rink with me and help me get better at it. I'm just skeptical of doing that because it's a bit of a gender role reversal, usually the guy is supposed to be the confident one and so maybe she will be turned off by that. Although we are sociology majors so that may factor into it :P . Also, I'm going to see if shes taking any summer classes and ask her if she wants to take one together (I need to in order to graduate on time, might as kill 2 birds with 1 stone lol).
Side note - she has a boyfriend but I'm starting to like her to the point where I don't care about that.
