A lot of the "cIassic" rock bands as well as others.
AC/DC, Aerosmith, Boston, Cheap Trick, Def Leppard, Derek and the Dominoes, The Doors, Iron Maiden, Kansas, Led Zeppelin, Lynard Skynard, Metallica, Nirvana, Pantera and Van Halen. I just don't understand how I could have ever liked them.

I love all those bands (except Iron Maiden and Pantera). I don't understand how you couldn't still like them :?
Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit (hence the really bad username).
And wait, did the new In Flames album get leaked? How do you know what it sounds like?
and god forbid this ever reaches you ears....... H.I.Mmaccer101
Hmm that a bit harsh. I really like HIM, but whatever floats your boat..
I don't think i have any that fit that description. I don't like seether or disturbed as much as i used to, but i don't despise them.
Metallica...
...but their first four albums are still great. I just hate THEM and anything they've done since 1988.
[QUOTE="mGard"]I was a big fan of Limp Bizkit some 4-5 years ago. Damn, they became a joke. Results May Vary my ass..KG86
Alot of people went through a Limp Bizkit phase at one stage including myself, when I think about it I think how could I have listened to that crap.
Yes exactly! When you mature a bit, you find yourself a joke while listening to limp bizkit. Now i'm more into Metallica, Queens Of The Stone Age and stuff like that. I admit to listening to Tiësto once and while too though.

HIM are indeed awesome.
For me, it has to be My Chemical Romance. I don't know what I was thinking. :P
In flames for me THERE new album looks like a joke.......Whatthehellllll
Really? I like their old stuff but to me they sound much tighter as a band with their new stuff even if it isn't as heavy.
I would have to say Mudvayne. I really liked LD 50 but since then their music has softened up a lot and now they sound more emo than metal.
A lot of old fans of In Flames don't like where they've headed, but they always seemed to be one of those progressive bands. If you listen to each of their albums in order you can notice the changes from the beginning of their career. People complain about how their lyrics changed from being about uber cyborgs to the singer's dillemas but when that began to happen Anders got married, and had a child. Their last album Come Clarity was written for his daughter after all.
Now I still prefer their older stuff over their newer, but they are still cranking out some good tunes that I can't help to listen to.
A lot of people call them sellouts but their change wasn't sudden or for a jump in fame, and they still play all of their awesome older songs at live shows, not just the new ones.
Some people like their old sound, some like their new, but if you don't like where they're going then find another band that pumps out what In Flames used to.
I don't like the upcoming albums cover artwork, it's quite the departure from the covers of Colony or Clayman...
But the riffs in their myspace studio diaries are pretty cool so my hopes are up that they might improve on Come Clarity.
