Batman will smack Spiderman after Spidey askis him what did he get his parents for Christmas. Then Batman will kick Superman's ass, "The Dark Knight Returns" style, and will finally change into Bruce Wayne and hit the clubs with Tony Stark.

Nah, batman would have Kryptonite... And I think that Spiderman can handle Ironman. The problem with Superman is, either he is unbeatable, or (in the presence of Kryptonite) on the verge of death... you are right, he is so boring.
