BATMAN vs. JAMES BOND

One drunk night me and my roommate were having a debate with several our friends. This topic came up; In a fight, who would win: James Bond or Batman? Anything and everything that is part of their character is fair game. Who wins?

Batman. He can get girls as Bruce Wayne, he makes his own gadgets, he is able to keep his car in one piece, and he wins against super villians. I would like to see how James Bond would take down clay man.

Batman would win. Bond would be "busy" with a lady in a hotel room when batman would bust in through the window and throw a bat-grenade right into Bond's face. Although, Batman seems like a pretty good guy, so he probably wouldn't want to blow up the lady. So, I guess he's probably have to throw a bat boomerang into Bond's face instead of the grenade. Either way, Bond is dead.
