Batman Vs. Superman Who's best?

If you had to pick,Who would win in a fight? And who is overall better?
personally i would pick batman.

In a fight, superman would annihilate batman. In terms of who I like more, batman.

the Government dispatches Superman to take down Batman, as he undermines their authority. However, Oliver Queen, the former Green Arrow who is now a one-armed revolutionary, warns Batman of the Government's plans. Batman begins preparing for his battle against Superman and is equipped with a powerful suit of armor, sonic blaster, a mysterious pill and synthetic kryptonite which he had spent years developing. Batman and Superman engage in a powerful battle, and, when Queen shoots Superman using an arrowhead loaded with Batman's synthetic Kryptonite, Batman emerges the winner. However, Batman dies of a heart attack shortly after.

He nearly killed superman in dark knight returns, and has a supply of kryptonite on store in case superman goes evil.

Superman would win in a fight, were not for the fact that Batman has enough room for everything in his utility belt, including that ever so terrible Kyrptonite. Plus, Superman's a *****.

supermand would kik batman's asssss. i mean superman could flick him 500 yards. and he would jus stay afloat and dodge anything that batman throws at him. he has laser vision

Superman could obliterate Batman with heat vision from miles above the Earth's surface. Or, he could travel at super sonic speeds and kill Batman with a single punch. Or he could do any number of other things.

Seriously, Batman has no chance in hell.

Batman has that oh so special rock and he is rich he can block out the sun with a satallite like on that episode of superman the animated series.

Edward Lytener escapes from Stryker's Island and becomes Luminus. He hopes to render Superman powerless by hijacking a number of satellites so that they permit only red light to filter through from the sun.

Bah. Forget comic plot lines.

I'm willing to concede that Batman is the cooler character overall by a long shot. He's a genius, he's rich, he's a playboy, he's dark, he's got mad skills, MUCH better outfit, etc.

But hey, with that being said, knowing what we all know about Superman's powers and Batman's lack of powers, there is no way in hell that Batman could beat Superman in a fight. I don't care if he's wearing a kryptonite suit, Superman could still toss a car at Batman with excellent accuracy from hundreds of miles away, or any other number of feats that would leave poor Batman utterly helpless and unaware of his impending doom.

Okay, I need to goback into the "What makes you a nerd?" thread and change my answer to this post.

Okay, fair enough. I'd give Batman the win if he wussed out andset up a Krytonite ambush or something. Otherwise, his "ninjastealth" counts for nothing against Superman. Either way it would be a very quick fight and not an epic battle.

Don't care who would win in a fight; Batman is just cooler. I've never liked Superman all that much. He's kind of cheesey and I've never enjoyed his story; it's always been pretty boring to me.

Superman would win even if Batman had kryptonite. He could freeze him with his ice breath or shoot his lazer beams. Superman punched holes through dimentions FFS.

yep. pretty much everyother super hero imaginable is 'Better' than batman but he has the intelligence and the resources to find a way to defeat them.

and if my memory is correct in one of the comics superman gives batman some krpytonite incase they ever have to fight.
