Battle Los Angeles

yea im going to the movies 2moro and i m thinkin about seeing it is anyone else because it actually look pretty sick anyone else???

Yea it looks real cool i will definitely go and see this one for sure

looks a lot like Skyline which was terrible so we will have to see if this is any better.

In the last 10 years or so since, computer animations got better and better and special effects got to be limitless in size and scale, and over quality of the movies go down along with it... Seriously Avatar, was visually stunning but acting and story sucked, yet still made over a billion in box office. To me that is rediculous but I have come to terms with that is the way movies will be so I dont expect BLA to be anymore than an eyegasim from start to finish with little to no character development and generic story to segway into tasty sci-fi special effects.

Ill more than likely see it. I got some movie gift certificates that i still havent used.

And Ebert gave it a half star. He advised:

"Young men: If you attend this crap with friends who admire it, tactfully inform them they are idiots. Young women: If your date likes this movie, tell him you've been thinking it over, and you think you should consider spending some time apart."

And said:

"Here's a science-fiction film that's an insult to the words "science" and "fiction," and the hyphen in between them."

Looks like it COULD be good but I don't have a great feeling about this movie.
