I love both of them to death, but If I had to choose, I think I would go with Before Sunset, even though I can relate way more to Before Sunrise. Before Sunset has, like, the best ending ever.
Before Sunrise definitely. The conversations seemed more deep and meaningful. Sunset was more about them reuniting, rather than two strangers having a very intricate interaction.
Definitely Before Sunset, both are amazing films but in Sunset the actors, characters and dialogue are so much more mature and the ending is fantastic, plus that car scene...nothing in Sunrise is as good as that car scene.

For some reason I find Before Sunrise much more interesting than more recent romance films like 500 days of summer. Even though I enjoyed that film it still has the occasional quirky aspects that annoyed me. I like how the Before films are just two people having a connection.
Two of the best films let alone romance films ever made. Such a real chemistry, such wonderful dialogue and beautiful vistas and almost hauntingly poingant stories.
