Just thought it's worth noting that his condition is caused by the human papilloma virus. HPV also causes cancer in women. But at least here in the USA, lots of people oppose the idea of giving kids the HPV vaccine, even though it can prevent some forms of cancer and crippling tree-like deformities.
The reason for opposing easy access to the HPV vaccine? HPV can be transmitted sexually, and therefore "giving my kid the HPV vaccine is the same as telling my kids that it's okay to **** everyone."
Yeah...cancer is okay.
Turning into a tree is okay.
But god forbid that you get a vaccine for a disease that can be spread through sexual intercourse.
