This whole thing is making me really angry, the guy scams a lot of people, and he doesn't sit in a jail cell waiting for trial or setencing, the guy is still living in his mansion.

On one hand I wish there was no plea. He will get off light. But on the other hand the way the justice system works,if he did not plea he would probably get off. At least this way there will be some punishment and an admission of guilt. Not as much as i want, but its better than nothing.

That's because it is easier to get him to cooperate and show everyone what he did rather than try to dig thru what if any paperwork he has.

For lack of a better term,it the easiest and only fool proof way to pin the tail on the donkey as it may be.

He's certainly become the poster child for the recent Wall Street problems. Let's hope it's more than a huge fine he'll easily pay and 6 months suspended sentence.

I'm afraid that's exactly what he'll receive.

True, I don't understand our justice system sometimes. Several car crash cases here in Arkansas recently have netted 10+ years for manslaughter with the driver not being under the influence, only speeding. But things like this that ruin thousands of lives only get a slap on the wrist. Nuts.
