best buy experience

so i recently bought a 40 inch lcd tv from bb.com on may 22. it was scheduled to arrive on june 6...not bad right? well i take the day off of work and then on june 5 i get a wonderful phone call saying its not in stock(wouldve been nice to know this BEFORE i bought it!!!) so they mention that itll definitely be in stock the following saturday the 13th...so i once again take a day off in preparation for this...friday comes again and i get another GLORIOUS phone call stating that they dont freakin have it...and theyll definitely be able to deliver on june 27(thats tomorrow)well i got yet another phone call stating its in stock and guess what? theyll have it in stock next saturday *rolls eyes* oh and after the phone call on the 12th i called customer service and they said theyd have someone contact me within 2 days about free shipping and store credit and ive yet to hear a word on that. BEST BUY FREAKIN SUCKS. has anyone else had similar experiences with them?

Well do you really need your tv that bad?

Look at the bright side you get store credit and no shipping costs just for being patient.

Once again the turtle overcomes the hare.

well i currently play on a shared tv so i get maybe 4-5 hours of gaming time a week. so yeah i do...(the one in my bedroom is only a 20 inch and is unfit for gaming)

The only thing that happens with me is everything that I buy there happens to have some sort of hardware malfunction. everything.
