I have just bought myself a Fiesta Zetec S 1.6.

I want to get a new stereo, some speakers an amplifier and sub woofer.

Do you have any ideas on which system to go for or the best make for each thing with the highest quality.

Am open to all kinds of prices so cost is not a problem.

Price is really no option? Cause you can get systems that cost more than your car.

Not much sounds better than a pair of 10 inch subs.

Okay maybe I should have specified a bit more on the price lol :) Price is not a problem as long as its not going into thousands, I would say £1000 is my limit or just over.

However I am mainly looking for the highest quality sound and the best brands for each product or if there is any package deals I should be made aware of.

Many thanks

If that were true then all speakers would be the same size.

i run one 12 that outperforms a lot of stuff but its not the subwoofer thats doing the work its the box i bought. i dont buy subs based on their size i buy them based on flex.

The size of the sub, the power handling capacity of it, the material it's made out of, the size of the surround, the type of box it's designed to be in, the box it's actually in, filler material in the box, and the amplifier all have an effect on how a sub sounds.

I have an Alpine CD player in my car that has worked perfectly for the last five years, so from personal experience I would say their quality is pretty good.

It's really probably not the best but I recently upgraded all of my audio in my Kia with JBL speakers, 12" sub, and amp. I love how it sounds.. crisp, clean, and the perfect amount of bass in my opinion. Plus if anyone looks in my trunk it looks pretty badass back there compared to my last setup.
