The Evil Dead! The Girl Next Door is pretty disturbing, the Elisha Cuthbert film by the same name it most certainly is not.

I recommend you don't see any of those movies, and go see The Shining.

Yes, in addition to being horrific you get educated on how the Moon landing was faked!

There are a lot of classics in that list.. Halloween, Dawn Of The Dead, Evil Dead, Children Of The Corn etc...

Dario Argento is a legendary Italian director. His work is definitely worth a look. 'Suspiria' is one of his best movies...

Yes. The original Halloween by Carpenter was great. From that Dario Argento compilation, I recommend Suspiria. It might not be the best horror movie, but the colors, sets and camera work are awesome.

Like the poster above said, you should definitely check out The Shining...it's one of the best horror movies ever made. I also think that the original, The Wicker Man (1973), is a cult cl@ssic...it's not really that scary, but it does get under your skin.

I need to watch some horror movies.
I find this list: best horror movies

which one do you think is a good choice in the list? I like Science Fiction, so horror movies in that genre are fine as well.

I need to choose 2. Because I can buy one and get one free there.
thanks for your recommendations.

ilovehuhu

I guess Saw I,II,III ..etc but it is bloody and could hurt your sensibilities, or just nothing happen. at least better than Hostel

^ This, The original REC is great.

My favourite horror film is the original Thai version of "Shutter" (2004). Epicly scary stuff.
