Daniel Craig is the closest to the character in the novels, apart from Sean Connery. My vote goes to him.

Craig, he is the most hardcore of them all and brought a much darker Bond, I cant wait for Quantum of Solace.

I dunno man. Sean Connery is awesome, but the new guy is cool.... And the guy, Roger Moore, did Moonraker which I really liked. :|

Dalton is my favorite, he was so cold hearted. Living daylights and Licence to kill are two of my favorite Bond films.

This is tough.

Moore was in all my favorite Bond movies

Connery was the original, but he was also really really good.

Craig is a great actor, and while I have not seen any of the newer movies (ive seen up to the last Brosnan movie, but none of the Craig movies) I hear he is quite possibly the best.

I'm actually on fence about this. The series' golden years when Connery was Bond, but resently Craig has shown me the light. Pierce is a close second place; loved Goldeneye and Tomorrow Never Dies, but hated The World is not enough and that retarded one with Hallie Berry.

I think Sean Connery Was the best. However I also think that Craig is excellent, but since I have only seen him in one movie Ill have to go with Sean Connery.

Its a tie for me between Connery and Dalton, I dont get why not many people like Timothy Dalton. I thought he was great, people never give a good reason to not like him.

Daniel Craig is by far the best Bond, he is hardcore and does what Bond does. Bond does what he wants usually, as you see in the films he has been in, he goes crazy and abuses his authority. Sean Connery would be my second favourite but Craig just made Bond what he is.
