It's hard to say Barker, Hellhammer and Inferno are all fast, but I think I prefer Haake(Meshuggah) and David Gray(Akercocke) for their technicality. Flo is pretty good too but loses points for the latest Cryptopsy trend-jump-fest.

Pure technical skill: Mike Portnoy and Haake.

However, for overall style that I enjoy listening to? Barker with Dimmu Borgir on their album Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia.
