I got into them through Mr. Beast which is probably their most accessible and a fantastic album. I find their best to be Government Commissions, a live collection which has all their greatest songs.

I thought it was generally accepted that thier first album was the best, Young Team. The live one is probably great as well, they dont really dissapoint if you like that style of music.
